Zaclon's 5-Step Program:

1. Zaclon's team of experts will visit your facility, meet with your team, and audit your galvanizing process.

• This is a comprehensive review that will look for gaps in your process and improvement opportunities.

2. During the audit we will collect tank samples for analysis in the Zaclon Technology Lab.

• The ZTL will perform a battery of tests on your tank samples to determine current state.

3. Upon completion of the process audit and sample analysis your team will receive an onsite report-out.

• The report-out will highlight areas of optimization opportunity.

4. Upon enrollment* in the Zaclon "Go" Program you will receive an onsite Flux Tank Optimization and Maintenance seminar.

• The onsite seminar will be led by AGA Hall of Farner Bob Woods.

5. Repeat every 6-months.

• Every 6-months a trained Zaclon team member will visit to discuss your lines performance, review KPI, and discuss opportunities for the next 6 months.
