My greatest joy comes from getting products to my customers on time, and at a competitive price, while making it all look easy. Anyone involved with manufacturing knows that it really is not that easy. Considering Zaclon's wide range of product offerings, very often it is necessary to shift production schedules, alter working hours, and scurry for special raw materials to meet my customers' needs. It is my job to make that all invisible to the customer.

Jon Hall graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering in 1989. Previous work experiences in steel production, hazardous waste disposal, plating, and automobile production before joining Zaclon in 2004. Coordinator of the United Way program at Zaclon, also worked with United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland and Wayside for children and adults with disabilities. A former President and Treasurer of the Cleveland Chemical Association, which Zaclon strongly supports and participates in the organization's sponsored events. I am a lifelong Clevelander and an eighth-generation American, my ancestors settled in the Cleveland area in 1830.

Matt is President of Zaclon, where he is responsible for all aspects of client service, sales, and operations of the company. Matt joined Zaclon in 2012 as Director of Sales & Marketing. Prior, Matt had been in the financial advisory business for over twelve years.
He is a Trustee of Ohio Chemistry Technology Council, Cleveland Chemical Association, Joseph’s Home, and participates on The Ohio Manufacturers’ Association Government Affairs Committee. Matt has an undergrad degree from Wittenberg University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.

Steve Prause Graduated from Cleveland State University. Before joining Zaclon, Steve worked previously for Lubrizol Corp where he held various roles within Research and Development before moving onto Fuchs Lubricants where he was employed as a Field Sales Representative. Steve was born and raised in Northeast Ohio and is a father of two daughters. He enjoys sports, homebrewing, and spending time with family and friends.
